This shoe is soooo comfortable you want to sleep in
it. When I got mine I was always checking them out--they
have real good grip. The tongue is about 3 cm thick
and the elastic makes the shoe snug. You’ll want
to wear them all the time and you can wear them real
lose or real tight and they don’t look stupid.

the best. Got my 1st pair about a year ago and now I've
got 8 pairs all in different colours. I'm hooked on
these way cool retro style shoes. Dont think they will
hold up too well with continuous hard skating, but there
are other great Etnies for hard skaters. I dont skate
much in mine but I allways wear them for just chillin
and hanging out. They are also just a fraction wider
than many other skate shoes which for me makes them
super comfortable. Strongly recommend you try them.

for a versital, light weight shoe with out all the frills,
look no further. the van's sk8-hi's are just what you're
looking for. i bmx and these shoes have little foot
support, but throw in some sort of gel insole and your
set. i've had the one's i'm wearing now for over a year
now, and despite all the holes, i still love them. that's
why i'm here, infact.. to buy another pair."

"This shoe is the best shoe ever! When I first saw
it on television shows and movies I said I need these
shoes; they express who I am, have great comfort, and
give you full speed because they're lightweight (I am
known for my fast speed)."
"Chucks are the least durable shoe I've ever worn;
I've owned several pair - a new pair every year, and by
that time you need them. Where the canvas joins the sole
on the inside rips out very quickly. This is just from
normal wear, not just taking them on and off. The front
part of toe is glued on and doesn't take too long to start
flapping off/tearing off. The part on the side surrounding
the sole takes no time to start cracking at the front,
where the front of your foot bends. Being constructed
out of canvas, if starts to rain even a little, they get
wet & stay that way. They take a long time to dry
and don't think they'll dry up while you're wearing them
either. They look great but are so poorly made - I recommend
instead buying a more durable shoe, made out of leather
or synthetics."
